Sara is the best Spanish teacher you could ask for. I took only 17 lessons with Sara before spending over a month in Peru and I can tell you she is absolutely spectacular. I came into these lessons with no prior knowledge of Spanish and with only 17 lessons I am able to carry out intermediate conversations with native speakers. She provides you with more than enough material to understand both conversational and grammatical rules of Spanish. DO NOT CHEAT YOURSELF HIRE THE BEST. Also the prices she charge is far cheaper than the quality of education you will receive.

After years of procrastinating, I finally started taking Spanish lessons. Beatrice has made the process both stress free and enjoyable. She develops lesson plans to provide the needed basics, but can adjust faster or slower based on my ability to absorb the information. Beatrice is both friendly and patient and she is thoroughly knowledgeable in the Spanish language.

I have studied with Veronique both in a small conversation class and via Skype to learn and improve upon my French skills. She is very encouraging, correcting me when necessary but not making me feel self-conscious which I feel is important when learning a foreign language. We follow a text book but she is flexible taking our studies and conversation on tangents at times. I

About

I am an academic writer who is specialized in both English and Spanish languages. I translate documents, write reviews for companies, and teach Spanish to foreigners and English to Spanish speakers. My classes are interactive and didactic. I use a website, Edmodo, to teach my lessons. I am flexible with time, and if there is something to translate on time, I can work under pressure.

About

I don't have a tutoring degree. I do speak English and Spanish fluently. Spanish is my first language. I'm still in college. I took Spanish 1, 2, and 3 because I only knew how to speak it. But now, I also write it.

About

Hello! Learning Spanish should be fun and exciting. I offer you the opportunity to learn this important language in an interactive and engaging way. My method tries to recreate the way native speakers learn their own language. Students acquire the phonological aspect of Spanish (pronunciation and intonation) through oral language activities, rhymes, music, and sounds. My classes also focus on the use of reading and writing to learn vocabulary and more complex everyday communicative situations. I teach all levels: basic, intermediate and advanced.

About

I am a native Spanish speaker. I like to help people know more about my beautiful language: Spanish. I used to talk to the person in a very slow way to let others understand me. I also like to hear from them why they want to learn Spanish, and how they want me teach them. As you know, there are many way to learn but there is only one proper way, and that is to learn to listen and understand the needs of others, so we will be able to create the right environment to form a good team. I would like to teach others to speak and to think in Spanish. I am able to teach grammar also. I am able to talk about Spanish literature, food and music.

About

I make learning a language fun through various activities such as singing, acting out and immerse in the culture right here in the U.S. I enjoy teaching culture as well as the language in addition since I myself am from Peru. What also makes me stand out is that my student will take a pre and post assessment to ensure their time with me has been effective, as well as keep the student accountable for their learning.

About

My proficiency in the Spanish Language is equivalent to a Master's Degree. My students learn to speak clearly, read and write the language. I have perfect diction and intonation and avoid using regional words which only limits their ability to communicate within other cultures. I teach my students the different cultures that speak the Spanish language, given the variety of individuals in our surroundings; after all, the whole purpose of learning a new language is to be able to communicate properly, by understanding and being understood. My Music students engage in a process of learning theory and practice at the same time. I make sure that no student goes home with a question not being answered and fully understood. I have been teaching Spanish Guitar for more than 10 years, and approximately 5 years ago I incorporated teaching piano, since it is the instrument that leads to a perfect visual understanding of music.
