Training with Bahar was awesome, he drive to my house prepared with the essential equipment and really helped break a sweat and taught me a lot about how to take care of my health and get in shape. He’s also flexible with number of sessions you can choose to do with him, as many or as little as I preferred. Highly recommend.

Bahar and I have been training for months now. He really pays attention to detail and makes sure my form, workout intensity, and workout approach is right. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge, currently, 75 an hour, but that can be reduced if a client signed for multiple sessions.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I simply ask them what they are looking for and I will specifically target that which they are seeking/wanting. I will usually try and find a balance between what the new client may want and also what they need. However being healthy a healthy individual is my top priority because this is a way of life. Not a quick fix.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am ISSA certified Personal Trainer. I am also ISSA certified Nutritionist. These are just my formal certifications. I spend a lot more of my spare time watching YouTube videos and reading scientific journals on health and wellness. This will account for thousands of hours.
