I also hold a specialization as a Corrective Exercise Specialist and a Golf Fitness Specialist also trough NASM. My specialty as a trainer is identifying any muscle imbalances a individual may have. (through injury, repetitive movements, sedentary jobs, or medical conditions) and creating a diverse exercise program consisting of flexibility, core training, balance training, and resistance training to help you achieve your fitness goals and to enjoy daily tasks/activities. I also specialize in weightloss/bodyfat reduction, resistant training for increased muscle mass, cardiovascular programs, and nutritional guidance. “See the results , feel the difference” References available upon request!! Fitness is not just making one more physically fit, but more mentally confident and allowing that person to do the daily activities they love doing with much more ease. Fitness is about lifestyle changes, and I enjoy helping people make those changes in a gradual, safe, and systematic way. Fitness has been a way of like for me for the last 20 plus years, and I enjoy implementing the benefits of fitness with my clients. Lastly, there is never a finish line with fitness. There are always different ways to challenge the body and making it guessing so clients never get bored with their programs!

I have been working with Kevin for a number of years, even following him when he changed to a different gym. He has a great work ethic, pushes me to be the strongest I can be for me. I would highly recommend him as personal trainer.

Kevin is an absolutely outstanding personal trainer. What really stands out to me is how extremely thoughtful and individualized he is in terms of how he crafts your own personal workout trajectory for the long-term, as well as how gifted he is in terms of figuring out what you need and when you need it, helping you think about your overall fitness and health in holistic, mindful way. He figured out the source of a random pain I was experiencing in my heel (turned out to be related to a tight calf muscle!) and then figured out the right stretches/exercises to make the pain go away. Working with him has made a HUGE difference in how I feel in general; I never thought I'd be in the shape I'm in now, and that it would actually be fun to get there. I can't recommend him highly enough; he is a talented, kind, knowledgeable professional who knows what he's doing and is great at doing it.

Kevin is an exceptional trainer! He is very knowledgable and motivating. He personalizes workouts and gives helpful feedback during training sessions. I have been working with Kevin for 1.5 years and my strength, fitness, and confidence at the gym and increased beyond belief!

Every time we start a session, he makes sure I am properly warmed up before starting weight training. He values the quality of each exercise more than the weight (although we've been incrementally increasing), and he really focuses on proper form to make sure my joints and muscles stay safe. Kevin is awesome!
