Peter showed up on time and was very professional. He did exactly what he said he would do, and the piano is now in very good shape. There are a few additional things he recommended, but I told him we will wait and have him come back in 6 months to tune the piano again, and make a few additional adjustments. Highly recommend Peter.

Peter did a fantastic job tuning my piano! I bought a very old baby grand from sellers and wasn’t sure on its overall condition. When the bass notes started sounding off I contacted Peter. He came in record time, was extremely efficient, and made my piano sound wonderful again. Would highly recommend and will without a doubt be hiring again in the future.

Peter was very professional and on time. He was a pleasant young man who went straight to work once he arrived. I appreciated him walking me through what he was going to do and the information he gave me on the condition of my piano that he believed it was in good shape inside and out being that it's 45 yrs old. One thing that impressed me was his level of knowledge on tuning the piano and how he took his time to thoroughly tune it. My piano was really flat in the base but now the piano sounds great! By the way, he even played a great tune at the end when he tested out the keys, that was amazing, I really enjoyed it! He is reasonable and I will only need 1 more tunning in about a month and then I should be good to go. Overall a great experience and I will definitely keep him as my go to person for my piano, I will be his long term client.

New Haven Piano services did a GREAT job tuning our piano. We hadn't had it tuned in a couple of years and it recently had some dead keys due to a move. Peter was quick to respond, affordable, and professional. He has an extensive background with what he does. He was thorough and checked through our entire piece to make sure everything was in working order when he was finished. He gave us great advice about preserving the life of our piano, which is a family heirloom passed through 3 generations. We'll be calling him back twice a year to keep our piano in top shape! I would highly recommend his services.
