I'm very pleased to be training with Jaisen. He arrived on time and was ready to get started. Our 1st training session was very effective. Jaisen is really Serious about getting you the results you desire and he's very knowledgeable in his craft of Training and he even offers tips on weight loss. Jaisen is compassionate, caring and concerned about your training and weight loss concerns. And for that I'm glad I found him.

Waking up at 6am is difficult and being energized is even more challenging. But Peter is able to keep me focused, engaged and enthusiastic with my 6am workouts and I leave feeling great and ready to tackle the day. He has listened to my workout goals and developed a personalized workout plan for me. I feel like I am working out more effectively than ever before and I can't wait to see the results (I am only a week in). I was impressed the first session when he said that it was a better use of his and my time if I did my cardio warm-up before he arrived so that I wasn't paying him to watch me run on a treadmill - I feel like that showed he respected that I was paying for training and he wanted to make sure I got my money's worth. Peter has also given me great advice about nutrition and workouts outside of my training sessions with him. I feel like he knows his stuff and will ensure I don't injure myself or strain anything while at the same time pushing myself beyond what I think I can do. I feel great and I'm very satisfied so far and would recommend him as a trainer to anyone.
Tim likes to personlize the experience and tailor the program to the needs and goal of the client, using his certified professional training techniques. You cannot afford not to call him if you have been struggling with fitness. He's understanding but most importantly wants you to see results.
Working with Kathy is awesome- I do see myself working with her for a long time. Love her coaching and encouragement as well. Kathy, trianing is all about proper form and no injury! And that is key for proper weight-lifing!!! One can get awesome training without the overly soreness- muscles are worked without the extreme shred. Love it! Great workout and great coach. I have been training with Ulysse for a few months. I have used other person trainers in the past and he is by far the best. He has a great personality and he really motivates me to push beyond my usual limits and just not in our training sessions. I take what I get from our sessions and use it when I'm doing my own workouts at the gym. I highly recommend him. He's awesome!
My time training with Lisa was amazing. We spoke about my problem areas and what I wanted . I mentioned to Lisa that I had a small handicap. We worked around this and actually infact I did see progress with the handicap that I have. Lisa was motivated to work with me and I was with her. Thank You Lisa

Connie is fun to work out with & exercising hasn't always been a thrill for me especially when it comes to lifting weights & doing squats!! Connie has great insight to accessing your limits and at the same time realizes how & when to push you to achieve results!!! I have been working with her for 6 months now & plan to continue training with her for years to come. Anyone who is not a gym rat or doesn't enjoy exercising MUST try training with Connie. I came to Mike several months ago because I wanted to develop a consistent strength training program. Mike has developed an individualized program that has given me stronger muscles. My rotator cuff muscle is pain free and I am amazed at the strength in my shoulders and legs. In fact, I am feeling good all over. Mike has the ability to tap into what your body needs. He also helps me monitor my nutrition to keep me healthy. He is always on time and can accommodate my schedule. He is an excellent motivator.

Kyle is the absolute best! I can safely yet somewhat embarrassingly say that he is my best friend. He has helped me so much and is always looking for new ways to improve my workouts. My name is Antonio Graziano, and I’ve been training at Stefan’s gym for a few years, and they have been the best few years of training I have ever had. A few years back I was on a quest to become a Law Enforcement officer, and had taken many exams. I scored well but when it came to the physical testing I fell short a few times. On two separate physical exams I failed the 1 ½ mile run. I was crushed and with my recent failures on my mind I began looking for a trainer, and this is when I found my home at the well-known Evolution Fitness Gym (now known as DISCIPLINE). On day 1 of training with Stefan I explained to him what had just happened to me and went on to say how I would be taking another physical exam in the months to come. Ultimately, I told him I was training to become a law enforcement officer, and that I needed his help. Stefan looked at me and he said “you failed twice, that will never happen again.” From that day on we trained harder and harder everyday beginning the transformation that would hopefully land me where I wanted to be. Stefan had something new for me every single day, and I never knew walking in whether I would be doing push-ups, or flying 360 inverted Michael Jackson donkey kick burpees… but never the less I did everything I possibly could to make sure I finished whatever task he set for me. Stefan never let me give up and always made sure I finished whatever workout he created no matter how tough. After many months of training I took my physical examination for the Police, and not only did I pass it, but I crushed it and got accepted into the Police Academy. Knowing I only had a month or so left with Stefan we kicked it up a few more notches and went to work. When the time finally came to head off to the academy I was walking away fully transformed and ready to go. At this moment in time I am at the tail end of my academy and almost ready to hit the streets. I can honestly say that I would not be where I am today without Stefan. -Antonio "HAMMER" Graziano
