I did not have water and knew not a thing about wells or how a well works to get you water. In a panic, I googled well repair and 4 names came up within my area. E. Garrity Water was at my home within an hour after contacting me. They diagnosed the problem, explained the repairs to be done in detail and gave me the price right then and there for the many problems that needed to be taken care of. Then, even though it was now after hours for them, they did the repair and we had water again within the three hours from the moment I did not have a water and without any additional fees from them for after hours. They are wonderful, knowledgeable and informative as well as giving fast efficient service. Also, the price was not unreasonable at all. I wish all services I receive were as efficient as E. Garrity Water. I would definitely recommend them to anyone at anytime. THANK YOU E. Garrity Water.

We needed to replace our electrical water heater which had burned out during one the winter storms. We originally tried to hire someone else from the Thumbtack site but he came, spent the day and after many hours informed us that the replacement heater that we bought was not suitable and that he was not responsible to help us pick the correct one. He also ruined our kitchen floor. Then I called Tom at Samsons who's price quote was the same as the first guy and he was happy to review our specifications, select and order the proper heater, and came and installed as promised. He was very organized and clean. He ran into a problem because the original installation was done wrong but he stuck with it with patience and professionalism and all is now working.

They got out to our house quickly and were able to get our water heater working again - thank goodness! Their quote for a new heater was a little on the high side, but I'm sure it's because they do quality work.

About

For more than 30 years, Water Systems Specialties has been trusted for its expertise in drinking water operations and treatment, inspections, services, maintenance and repairs. Water Systems Specialties services and installs most major brands of well pumps and water filters for your home or business. Residential customers have their own well system. This can either be a jet pump (in the house) or a submersible pump (in the well). The pump sends water through the water pipe to a water storage tank in the house. We install "turnkey" systems. This means that when you have a new well dug (by a certified well driller), we will then install the pump, pipe and wires from the well to the house. For easy and sanitary access, install a pitless adapter and sanitary well cap according to state regulations. We will run the pipe and wire in the ground. In the house, we'll install a water storage tank and all necessary controls to make the system work. In addition to public systems, Water Systems Specialties offers complete full-service for commercial water supply systems. We are state of Connecticut Department of Public Health (DPH) certified water distribution and water treatment plant operators. Charged with overseeing the operations of the distribution, pumping and treatment systems, Water Systems Specialties helps ensure the safe delivery of your public and commercial water. We analyze potential and occurring problems, notifying the owner in a timely manner. We also offer solutions and advice on how to make necessary repairs and provide service for the water system.
