- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very reasonably priced. If the requirements are clear, we are happy to offer a fixed price and we stick to it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work with a lot of clients who are not technical. That's why we take the extra effort to educate our clients and maintain transparency in our process. Usually, the first step is to meet with the client and understand their needs. Once we have a good understanding of that, we design an interactive mockup which is usually 90% close to what the customer wants. The mockup or the prototype is a great way to get a lot of questions cleared and also avoids last-minute surprises to the client. Once the mockup is approved, we then get started on the development. We follow an agile development methodology which means that we provide regular updates every 2 weeks on the development.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters's degree in Computers. I founded the company after working in General Electric for many years leading an enterprise Information Technology team with more than 50 developers.
