I am an avid martial artist for over 10 years and have added yoga to my repertoire to help advance my practice. I have taken yoga classes in multiple states and from many different teachers. Every teacher has their own style of teaching and area of expertise. Danielle Newton has given me some of the most relaxing and self loving sessions I have ever experienced. She starts class off with a reading that somehow always resonates deeply with what is going on in my life. She has brought me through relaxing spiritual meditations all the way to vigorous power sessions. I have never left one of her classes disappointed or let down. She has an amazing way of making you feel like she is right there with you even if its a full class or one on one. She treats all her students the same no matter what their level is. Her classes end off full circle bringing you right back to the beautiful words from her reading that she started class with. Her classes are accompanied by the sweet sounds of a personalized soundtrack that ties everything together. I would absolutely recommend her class to anyone from a first timer to yogi master. -Kyler
Jen led a yoga class at my bachelorette party and on the morning of my wedding. There were some first time yogis in the group, but Jen made them feel at ease. She speaks with a calm and confident voice and uses humor during difficult poses. She also offers helpful adjustments and feel-good massage/stretching during shavasana. Jen is very creative and puts together fun playlists for different classes such as animal themed songs for an Animal Rescue League event and 90s love songs for my bachelorette). I highly recommend you attend one of her classes or ask her to teach private yoga classes for special events. Thank you, Jen!

I am a Kripalu yoga teacher based in Southampton. Over the past two years of teaching yoga and working in yoga studios, I noticed a big shift in the amount of students in class as seasons changed and as life events (marriage, new jobs, children) began to make attending class more difficult. To make life easier, I decided to offer to bring the studio to you and tailor your classes to your individual needs. All levels are welcomed, from brand new beginners to advanced practitioners. I teach adults, teens and children. I also do group yoga classes; check out my website for yoga party ideas.
