- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always try to give the best value for the customer, I may not be the cheapest quote but I wont use the cheapest material as in the long run the value isn't there to have to redo the job due to cheap materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the customer and see what their style is and what goals they are trying to accomplish, then if any suggestions I offer them, and let the customer decide what is best for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have been in the construction field from a young age, and have tried to work with many different people to learn the different ways and methods that people do things, to always improve myself.
