I was very comfortable & statisfied with my consultation with Steve Stern, of Common Sense Fitness. Steve answered all of my questions during our consultation, and reviewed some basic health & nutrition information, then assessed my fitness level. I look forward to working with Steve, and his help with obtaining my fitness goals.Mar 5, 2017Verified

So far I have been very happy with choosing Steve. After just one conversation I felt better about all the areas I was concerned with, and some of the things he mentioned helped to kickstart my reversal in how I think about food and my body. I look forward to continuing with the program.Jul 20, 2019VerifiedCommon Sense Fitness's reply
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My prices are all listed on my website and at my studio. There is no pricing game played where everyone pays a different rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I do a comprehensive assessment of the client, including a physical readiness assessment and a functional movement assessment. I do an in depth interview covering all aspects of the clients health and wellness.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I belong to the American College of Sports Medicine and the National Strength and Conditioning Association. I take several classes each year and I hold multiple certifications.
