all i have to say about this professional is that he went far and beyond for us when one of are main computers that we use for church caught a virus which was ransomware he was able to back and recover are data and we thank him for being so caring and patient with us during the repair.

Larry is lifesaver! I was working on video art project for past 4 months and saved all files on an external hard drive. On last Friday night, suddenly all of my 3 computers stopped recognizing this. I tried to reach out some recovery places in NYC since I live in Brooklyn. But it was the weekend so most of places just wrote me back saying bringing hard drive to their shop. But Larry at data recovery NJ wrote me clear explanations that made me understand what's going on my external hard drive on Saturday morning while they are not open over the weekends. But it might take extra few days. Then Wednesday (remember I dropped it off on Monday!) they emailed me and told me it's ready to pick up or ship. He said few of files were damaged (I didn't need those and I mentioned it when I went to drop my HD) but everything what I needed were all recovered. So over 99% were successful!! Larry is very very nice guy and does wonderful job. I Highly recommend this place.

Pros: wonderful service and qualified technical staff. Cons: actually, the only con of ACE Data recovery is that you still have to pay lots of money for data retrieval. However, guys from ACE don't charge for drives testing. All in all, very good company providing recovery services for fair prices.
