Before I hired Jaisen I gave one other personal trainer the opportunity to work with myself and potentially my coworkers. My conclusion is that all personal trainers are definitely not created equal! Jaisen's training style is highly adaptive to your environment, current fitness level and existing limitations. You can clearly see he puts a great deal of thought into his sessions. He's sharp, quick on his feet, and able to roll with the limitations a session with a client may produce. Like so many of his clients who've already left spectatcular reviews, I'll just keep it simple and say he kicks a##!, and that I'm very impressed with the guy!
I'm 2 sessions in, but training with Di McXprience has been fantastic so far. Greg is a skilled professional and has introduced a lot of new techniques that push you to the limit. I look forward to seeing great results in the coming months!
Training with Common Sense Fitness has been a great experience. Steve developed a program that was specific to my needs and I have experienced excellent results. I world recommend this company for everyone from an experienced athlete to someone looking to start a fitness regiment.
Charles is an excellent trainer. He's very engaging and incredibly intuitive when it comes to working out and his clients' needs (and he's great at catering to them, too). He's also a perfect match for my training style because he's able to make what you're doing fun while simultaneously paying close attention to your form and adjusting when necessary; he's able to balance distraction and precision in a way that is incredibly effective and something I haven't seen before with any other trainers. It's great for me because it doesn't feel like I'm working out until the next day when my muscles are sore (in a good way). He's also is very flexible and willing to work with peoples' disparate schedules and budgets, so, a win win all around. Definitely would recommend giving this one a shot.
Marcia is training my 98 year old mother. She is knowledgeable, engaging, and has the right mix of encouragement, flexibility and sensitivity. In addition to providing personal training, she has good advice on diet. We are happy we found her through Thumbtack.
Hi My name is Ellen Rhonda has been training my daughter, who is blind, for about 13 years. Not only is my daughter in great shape because of Rhondas' working with her, but she also got her to stand up streight and sit up streight, this was not an easy task. Rhonda has also become a social outlet for my daughter, as she has few friends. I don't know what we would do without Rhonda in her life. You should see her body before R and since R. She looks and feels great and fees good about herself. Everyone should have Rhonda to get them in shape.
Waking up at 6am is difficult and being energized is even more challenging. But Peter is able to keep me focused, engaged and enthusiastic with my 6am workouts and I leave feeling great and ready to tackle the day. He has listened to my workout goals and developed a personalized workout plan for me. I feel like I am working out more effectively than ever before and I can't wait to see the results (I am only a week in). I was impressed the first session when he said that it was a better use of his and my time if I did my cardio warm-up before he arrived so that I wasn't paying him to watch me run on a treadmill - I feel like that showed he respected that I was paying for training and he wanted to make sure I got my money's worth. Peter has also given me great advice about nutrition and workouts outside of my training sessions with him. I feel like he knows his stuff and will ensure I don't injure myself or strain anything while at the same time pushing myself beyond what I think I can do. I feel great and I'm very satisfied so far and would recommend him as a trainer to anyone.
I have enjoyed training in Krav Maga and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for 4 yrs now and Serge is one of those instructors I have a lot to thank for that. I have taken his classes as well as his one on one personal training sessions to work on advancing my skills in Jiu-Jitsu and Krav Maga. Serge is super skilled at addressing our needs and gearing our training to what most benefits our improvement. He is also very accommodating to schedule when training sessions are desired. Serge has a great rapport with his students and proves his skills by all the years of training in various martial arts. You won't be disappointed training with Serge. I guarantee it!
Working with Kathy is awesome- I do see myself working with her for a long time. Love her coaching and encouragement as well. Kathy, trianing is all about proper form and no injury! And that is key for proper weight-lifing!!! One can get awesome training without the overly soreness- muscles are worked without the extreme shred. Love it! Great workout and great coach. Evis is great, he pushes you and is a great teacher. I look forward to my training sessions which I have never done before. I have been training with Ulysse for a few months. I have used other person trainers in the past and he is by far the best. He has a great personality and he really motivates me to push beyond my usual limits and just not in our training sessions. I take what I get from our sessions and use it when I'm doing my own workouts at the gym. I highly recommend him. He's awesome!
My time training with Lisa was amazing. We spoke about my problem areas and what I wanted . I mentioned to Lisa that I had a small handicap. Training at NBI fitness with Gilbert has been a remarkable experience. He listens to your goal settings & customizes a specific workout criteria based on your goals, abilities and timing. I have been training with him for only 3 weeks and we had a very aggressive plan based on an upcoming event I have in a couple of months. I have dropped 15lbs already thru diet, discipline and exercise in less than a month. I couldn't have done it without his training. If you are looking for results , I would highly recommend. Beth
After training witb Brenda for about 4 months I have noticed significant results. Brenda always makes sure to mix up the workouts and always makes sure I get a full body workout. She pushes me to always make the best of every session. Not only is she a great trainer, but she is punctual, professional and flexible.
Ratul is a incredible personal trainer. He is also flexible with time and locations! I've worked with him for a couple weeks now and have seen incredible results. The workouts he creates are never the same and are fun and engaging but not so intense that you want to give up. He's by no mean easy though! I highly recommend Ratul for personal training.

I had two separate 25 training session packages with Trainer Chris Langsdorf and I loved every bit of it. Saw legitimate results right away and always pushed me to take my work outs further and kept me motivated through each session. I also learned a bunch of new exercises I didn't know and wouldn't normally have done. To top it off, in between sets, we laughed, traded jokes, talked life - I got not only a trainer, but a friend out of it too.
Connie is fun to work out with & exercising hasn't always been a thrill for me especially when it comes to lifting weights & doing squats!! Connie has great insight to accessing your limits and at the same time realizes how & when to push you to achieve results!!! I have been working with her for 6 months now & plan to continue training with her for years to come. Anyone who is not a gym rat or doesn't enjoy exercising MUST try training with Connie. SHE IS THE BEST of THE BEST!!!
