Margaret was a total joy to work with. We needed action photos of young athletes for our indoor sports facility's website. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard pricing depends on the needs of the customer and the medium I work with. Traditionally, my cost is around $60/hr.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will first call or email with the client to get more information about the project. From there, and if possible, I will meet with them to get even more information. I like to get to know a little bit about the person I am working with to understand their style and perspective. This helps me tailor the product to their needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Elon University with a degree in Strategic Communications. Throughout college, I worked on various TV sets and film shoots. I had an internship my last semester that brought me to India to film for a study abroad documentary. It was there that I fell in love with photography and I have been working professionally with photography ever since.
