We just had Stump Chompers remove our large in ground pool and could not be more thrilled with the level of service provided. Don was extremely professional through out the entire consultation, execution and final billing process. He makes everything super easy with online invoices, and was very responsive to text messages. The work was done SO quickly, we couldn’t believe it!! We will most certainly be using Stump Chompers for all of our upcoming projects!May 4, 2018Verified
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Upon introduction we always like to meet with you the customer on site to go over the details of the project. This way all the details and expectations are set so the job can be completed to your satisfaction without any assumptions. After we meet and go over the project I will send a a detailed proposal digitally for your review with options discussed etc. Upon acceptance of the proposal will add you to our job list and provide you with an estimated time we will start the project. We will then as it gets closer notify you again that we are coming on a certain day and time.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Make sure that expectations of the job being done are set prior to the job. For example, If you are looking to plant a tree where a stump is being removed, the company will need to go deeper than if you are just looking to plant grass. Also, find out what type of machine they are using as different versions of stump grinders are more suitable for removing stumps that are in hard to get to places. If the company has a tow behind version, they may not be the best company to remove your stump as they will have to drive a truck over your yard (possibly septic or well).
