Introduction: I get results! I have extensive training in nutrition and exercise science. I am not a boring rep counter that does the same sets over and over. I design workouts that will challenge you, motivate you and get you the results you want! My workouts are unique and based on the newest ideas in fitness that will benefit you the most. My clients make great improvements and have fun doing it!!! I love helping people overcome the obstacles that are holding them back. I work with many people that have weight related problems. To help them change to a healthier, more natural diet and then see the results is Great!

I've trained with Gary for about a year now and each workout gets better than the last! He is one of very few trainers I've worked with that will change up a workout everytime, leaving your muscles confused. Even with a foot injury, Gary will find a way to accomodate your injury and still provide an amazing workout! He is always willing to answer any fitness and nutrition questions and I highly recommend him to everyone with any type of fitness level.

I started training with Gary about a year and a half ago and continue to enjoy the challenges he brings over and over again. I have been working out for about 12 years and feel the training I have had over the last year has made the most overall difference. Gary's knowledge in nutrition along with his strength/cardio routines has made a noticeable change in the way I look and feel. I would highly recommend him for whatever your fitness goals may be.

Gary comes to each training session with a wide range of knowledge for his clients. His workouts and dietary advice is scientifically based and trust me, if you listen to him, you will lose body fat!

Gary is a wonderful trainer who is very knowledgeable about fitness and has helped me become stronger without getting injured. I would highly recommend him as a health and fitness coach.
