What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From the initial call to final clean up- Jay Sully is involved with ever step of the process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. In Connecticut, all plumbers are required to take re-examinations. Much further than that we attend all trade shows, taking tours of water heater manufacturing facilities
Do you have a standard pricing system for your service? If so, please share the details here.
All upfront pricing
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Grandfather owned landscaping & irrigation company, always liked the dynamics of flowing water.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Water heaters. We have installed more than 10,000 water heaters throughout Connecticut
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Got a call for a gas water heater replacement yesterday (Saturday morning) and was able to offer same day service for $900
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Before you commit to a water heater installation from another plumber or oil company, get a quote from us first. Countless times we have been more than 20% less than other plumbers and oil company quotes for the same exact water heater or boiler installation.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Most plumbers will offer you a quick replacement for the type of water heater you have now. Professionals in the water heating field will always take the time to explore higher efficient products.
