I highly recommend Jesse as a personal trainer. I have been working with Jesse post a major car accident working on regaining my natural movement and endurance. I had finished my official PT and while I was walking I still relied on a cane, needed my handicapped sticker, and could not walk very far. I had hit a wall in regards to my progress and a friend recommended that I talk to Jesse about training. After working with Jessie for little over a year I no longer need a cane or handicapped parking plus my movements are returning to their more fluid and natural state. Jesse is unique in that he works with people at all levels of fitness from people suffering from illness and disability who are working to regain function to high level athletes looking to improve their game. Each person has an individualized plan set for their overall goal mixed with enough variety to keep it interesting. Also each of my sessions is set up so that I make continued progress while feeling revitalized at the end of the session instead of drained or tired. It was amazing this year to have friends comment that they could see a noticeable difference in my recovery and with Jesse’s help/training (and his expertise in anatomy/movement/overall health) I am pushing through the previous wall and working on a more complete recovery and regaining my life.

I have worked with Jesse for the past three years. I have found him extremely knowledgable and invested in my success. Since working with Jesse, my strength, mobility, and overall fitness have significantly improved. I have been impressed with Jesse's ability to work with a wide range of clients from busy moms to serious athletes. With children involved in competitive sports, I worry about injuries. For the last three years I have trusted Jesse to work with my children in hopes of preventing a serious injury. As a result, their strength, flexibility, balance, and speed have improved. He has helped them understand their bodies and how to properly care for them. Working with Jesse has improved the overall health of my family.

I have been seeing Jesse for over 4 years and am very satisfied with his training. Knowing my passion for running, he designs my workouts to incorporate the right amount of core, strength and endurance. Also, Jesse is extremely knowledgable in the composition and function of all muscle groups. He provides mobility sessions when recovery is needed. Lastly, he is very friendly and flexible with time and scheduling.

I have been training with Jesse for almost a year now. I've lost almost 30 pounds and a considerable amount of inches. Taking a look into my eating habits Jesse has suggested a few changes here and there that were major in my weight loss. STRETCHING IS A MUST! Correct form is necessary and Jesse is right there to make sure that you're stretching the right muscle and your form is correct.
