The best part about working with Jennifer is that she can adjust her difficulty curve. For most companies, I think she makes their websites in their entirety. For us, at our request, she made a template for a redesign and has been a good resource helping us learn to tweak and upgrade it on our own whenever that's feasible (or jumping back in to do it for us when it isn't). The worst part is that being a small company, when business is booming, it can be hard to get a quick response, but after a somewhat slow start, her service has been excellent.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We are looking to build a relationship with out clients so that we can promote their brand and service or product. We are not a "project" business, completing a physical website and then disappearing. TechCare carefully plans out navigation, functionality, content, then designs and builds a beautiful, engaging site that is easy to navigate. All of our sites are built so that you, the client, can make modifications yourself instead of going through us every time you would like to add content.
