FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project we do is unique to itself so prices vary depending on what the job entails. There are standard pricing we get from our material distributors and pass those prices on to the customers depending on what is required to complete the job at hand.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we typically start with a phone conversation discussing the work that they are looking to have done. We like to then set up an initial free consultation at the location where the work is to be performed to get a better idea of what they are trying to accomplish. This may involve taking a few photos or measurements so that we can give them the most accurate price when writing up their estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the business owner I have a BA in Sociology and feel that I have a talent with communicating with people and relating to them in many aspects of the profession. As far as our contractors, they all specialize in their relevant areas and are licensed and insured for their trade. Many of our sub-contractors have been in the industry from 10-30 years doing what they love the most, which is restoring, renovating and building.
