Luisa and her staff are so friendly, so welcoming and very attentive to the needs of the client. Luisa has done a fine job in picking her staff and Im extremely happy I hired her company because it was worth every penny.
Whether you are having a small get together for a few or a large gathering, be rest assured that your event will be amazing! Chef Michel is extremely professional, respectful, and friendly! He catered 2 events for our family and we were very pleased with both. The first was a party of nearly 100 people celebrating our son’s college graduation and daughter’s high school graduation. Our second event was a last minute post Thanksgiving weekend family get together for 12-15 people. Everything from the planning, to taste testing, and delivery was on point. Aside from the food being beyond mouth watering delicious, he coordinated with outside vendors to provide everything we needed to make the graduation event beautiful. He also provided on site chefs and wait staff, all of which were professional and attentive to details. They were flexible in their assigned roles and remained past the scheduled time to attend to our guests and clean up. Our home was left as clean as it was when they arrived! Chef Michel prides himself on delivering the best quality and freshest foods possible. Other than a few items that required pre-prep (like marinating / slow cooking...definitely try the roast pork and roast chicken) everything was prepared (cut, fried, cooked, assembled etc) on site. This truly makes a difference when you’re serving items like empanadas or tostones with avocado and shrimp (both highly recommended). Chef Michel is very creative. Whether you choose something from his printed menus, have other items in mind, or even have a special recipe that you want him to prepare...HE CAN DO IT! An important point to make about his catering style is that he is so proud of his creations that he wants everyone to be able to taste everything that he prepares. If you choose an appetizer and you have 100 people, you are not going to get 1 or 2 pieces per person or be charged by the piece, like most caterers. He will make sure you have more than enough for everyone. The same applies to your main course. We had leftovers for ourselves, even after our guests took food home. With all of this said, I truly feel that his prices are fair and reasonable! I could write more and would be more than happy to speak to anyone who has any questions, but I’ll end with...make sure you try his homemade ice creams (our favorites were coconut and pineapple), flan, and especially the sangria!
My friend and I took cooking classes from her. I can truly say that she was amazing. She taught us to make food we wanted to learn and it turned out amazing. She is a great teacher and makes it easy to apply what you learn from her and the things you learn in class to other recipes outside of what we did in class. I would recommend her to anyone who wants to learn how to cook.
Chef Stef gave me the confidence to enjoy cooking. He is a wonderful teacher, always well prepared for each class and calmly instructs us on how to create delicious meals. His knife skills class was such a help to me. I no longer dread cutting vegetables. The recipes and list of ingredients used in class are available for take home. I totally enjoy cooking classes with Chef Stef.
Scott prides himself on perfection and pleasing his clients. I have been fortunate enough to experience a variety of dishes he's prepared. His knowledge of food preparation and ability to combine flavors and textures makes the food he prepares ultimately delicious and beautiful to look at. Chef Craig was hired as a personal chef for my proposal of marriage. He crafted a menu based on my preference and helped me consider the wine for pairing. He arrived at my house prepared for cooking for a memorable night and nailed it. I was extremely satisfied with his professionalism and culinary expertise.

Deborah is not only the utmost professional, she is also an absolutely phenomenal cook. Her cooking passion is obvious in all she does, including the desire to help others create fabulous meals. She makes the most difficult dishes look easy. Because of her love of cooking, she is also very patient in teaching others (as I learned first-hand!). Her past professional customer service is evident in her current endeavors. You will NOT be disappointed.
We are just in the planning process for our cooking lesson so I can't speak to the cooking yet, but Joe has been great to be in communication with! Joe's been so flexible with menu, time frame, etc and very pleasant on the phone...can't wait for the lesson!
Words cannot express the fabulous job you did catering and serving at my daughter's bridal shower. The guests raved about your food. It was different, delicious- and so creatively served. My personal favorites were the skewered peanut chicken- so beautifully displayed in the pineapple and the sliders. I also know that the brie with the fig jam was also a hit- the Orzo salad, crab cakes, I could go on and on with the favorites. Your thoughfulness and special touches were not missed: the pretty orchids, the candles in the artichokes, the way you displayed the food. We were all so impressed. After you left, we went in to the Church kitchen and you would have never known that you, Grace and your assistant were in there hours earlier cooking and assembling appetizers for a party of 46. We're still enjoying the leftovers- thanks for packing and labeling them. Is there anything you didn't think of?!!! I hope our paths will cross again! Emily is an amazing chef! We get dinners from her weekly - sometimes prepared re-heatable meals, sometimes she comes to our home and cooks. Everything has been amazing, and our lives have improved so much since we started having her cook for us regularly.
Having Sharon come show me how to prepare healthy food was the best thing I've ever done for myself! The food was/is amazing and she opened up a whole new world of vegetarian cooking. I also love how she shared tips on how to save time in the kitchen too!

We provide, along with product knowledge classes, cooking classes and team building events for 12 to 24 students in one of our five "live" demonstration kitchens. Classes are tailored to the participant's needs and requests, and are priced accordingly. Classes can be "hands-on" or "learn and dine". We strive to make the classes interesting, creative, and attainable to all levels of proficiency. The operating word in our kitchens is fun, and all classes are based on an informal and relaxed atmosphere. With over 35 years experience in the food service industry, our Chef, Jehan S de Noüe, has been described as "extremely approachable" in review from local press. All attendees are served the meals prepared in each session, so it is highly recommended that everyone comes to the event hungry and thirsty!
