Roger was extremely professional start to finish. My girlfriends and I had a cooking party and had a blast. He presented a few different menus and we worked together to define our "lesson". He even suggested wine pairings. Overall, we had fun, learned some new techniques, and had a fabulous meal. And he left my kitchen spotless! Can't recommend Roger enough!
