Introduction: I am honored to offer personal training and/or private yoga in the comfort of client’s home. Diverse forms of training are the signature of my sessions. From strength training using body weight and dumbbells, circuit training, suspension training to Barre, Pilates, Yoga Training, including Meditation/Breathing Technics. It is my belief that in order to stick to a lifelong training routine, one must cross train, mix different forms of training. Our sessions will be tailored to YOUR needs and wants in the privacy of your home at the perfect time for YOU. This is ideal but not limited to clients: • interested to receive undivided attention with hands on assists • interested to strengthen, lengthen and tone whole body • interested in meditation and deep restorative stretches • interested to train with partner (couple. small group ) • interested and open to different styles of training • with very busy schedules • with injuries and/or limitations • new to fitness training & Yoga • athletes interested to enhance their performance • interested to deepen & advance their yoga/fitness training • interested in Pilates-"abdominal s, buttocks, hips & thighs" • looking to go beyond the physical strength (not that the physical is not important)

I reached out to Mihaela in April to inquire about private yoga instruction. She responded quickly and professionally. We discussed my mobility issue and limitations in-depth. The first time we met in person we went through some stretches and she was able to modify and change the instruction on the spot. I was in a great deal of pain and she was patient, compassionate and able to modify as my mobility and pain became better. She was very hands-on (literally) as we worked on stretching my very tight hamstrings, hip flexors and worked to relieve my lower back pain. We worked on core strengthening, balance and mindfulness. She really treated me from the mind, body, soul perspective. She truly enjoys what she does. In the six weeks we worked together, I made tremendous progress! I am more flexible, mindful and, more importantly, in much less pain. I am now able to resume activities that I had to delay due to my limitations. If I could give 100 stars, I would!

Working with Q Life has been a game changer for me! I went into my first 10 sessions not knowing how I’d do after taking very little exercise for years and feeling foggy in my mind and body. My experience has been fun, challenging and rewarding- I started feeling more focused almost immediately, and then better balance and flexibility followed. I look forward to every session because Mihaela is warm and pleasant and super knowledgeable.

I contacted Q Life for home yoga practice to work on strengthening physically through my practice in a safe way with the limitations of three spinal surgeries. She has been great. Always on time, always prepared but willing to adjust practice to meet my needs in the moment. Wonderful manual adjustments. I already feel much stronger and have gained new edges. All this accomplished without loss of the meditative and mindfulness tenants of yoga. Highly recommend.

I would choose all of the qualities above not just three. For my 70th birthday, I decided to treat myself to a personal trainer and the "gift" I received was Mihaela of Q Life Fitness. She is a joy to spend time with and makes the hour of "working out" fly by! Mihaela has (and continues each week) to fine tune the routine just to ME. I know that I am getting stronger but what is most important is that I will be able to incorporate the varied exercises, (a little yoga, barre, along with cardio and the "really hard stuff" LOL) into my life after our sessions are finished. Mihaela is an incredible trainer. She is working with both myself and my husband with yoga. We have been working with her for 2 months. I am also doing Barre with her. She pushes me to my limit every workout. She introduced me to a variety of exercise techniques and then we narrowed it down to where she could help me the most.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    $75 is the base price for 1 on 1 training but the rate could be lower or higher depending on multiple factors such as distance to your home, additional people to our sessions, time of the session, etc. Remember that your health is the best investment you can ever make!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    1. 20- 30 min. meeting to get to know each other 2. commit to 10 minimum sessions , 2-3 times x week 3. start our first session the following week of our initial meet Payment is due in full at the beginning of our first session. I DO NOT work with couple of sessions. It's not effective in my experience.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
