- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes we do. Generally for light day jobs, we charge $49.99 for the service call & trip fee for most local work and $69.99 for further jobs. That is in conjunction with our normal competitive hourly rates. Currently at $85.00/hr. We do offer a Hire an electrician FLAT rate for the honey do list tasks.... Ask more about how we can create a custom pricing package depending on your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Learning about the nature of the request is a great way to not only qualify the quality of the lead, but to learn more about the potential customer's needs and expectations. We typically like to view all jobs in person, and asses the work site to ensure that we cover every aspect of the installation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Extensive electrical training, both on the job, in school. College level additional training. Spend many years servicing all aspects and facets of the trade. Servicing the residential, commercial and industrial markets. That alone makes us a well rounded shop! One that can compete with the best and the rest
