ePro was able to take my computer right away, was honest in their assessment of what was wrong and what they could do for me and the price was fair. Gave me suggestions for what my next step should be. Would use them again

I took my laptop into ePRO for general service. This is a rebuilt laptop I purchased as my backup. With its age I saw some operating events that were troublesome.
Gino addressed its issues and provided a thorough
checkup. He gave me its performance review with
recommendations. The part that needed replacement
(bearing on the cooling fan) was ordered and Gino replaced it, putting everything in good working order.
I found ePRO competent, skilled, efficient and thorough. My email questions have been promptly answered.
This is the second occasion I have used ePRO services. Both times ePRO has been professional and
fairly priced. I highly recommend their services

I had a busted screen on an old laptop. Gino repaired it quckly and at a fair price too!

Very happy to help Grace. A broken or cracked screen doesn't have to be the end of the laptop. Most times it can be inexpensively repaired without loosing any functionality at a fraction of the cost of replacing the whole laptop. Thank for the review!

Gino was quick to respond to my request. He quoted a fair price and was willing to visit our location within a day's time to see what was going on. We look forward to working with Gino in the future.
We contacted Gino when our toshiba laptop got a virus. Before contacting him we called norton since we had their antivirus program. Norton offered to take care of the problem for $100 flat even though we have been their long time customers. That seemed slightly high so we looked around and others wanted to charge based on the amount of time the work would take them. When we called Gino it all became simple, he had a flat rate for virus removal and it was lower than everyone else's, even norton's, we were impressed and went with him.
Gino took care of the problem very quickly, and didn't charge us any extra even though the virus was complicated and had caused problems with the operating system of the computer.
Since Gino wasn't home when we picked up the laptop I still had a few questions. I emailed him the next day and asked questions as to what the problem was and how he solved it. He went in detail answering all my questions and installed two new antivirus programs for us as well. He also answered my unrelated question about a recommendation for a school computer, he gave me a lot of information and even gave me a link to a specific laptop.
Gino went far beyond what he was paid to do and we were very impressed, it was all done quickly and our toshiba is working great! I definitely recommend him to everyone and will return to him with any future computer problems!

PC Computer Repair
Gino was great! He came to my house, and was exceedingly diligent in trying to fix the problems with my laptop. He provided great, actionable advice too keep it running, and even upgraded my virus protection--for free! I would contact him anytime I experience problems!

Thanks for the great review! Its important for us to make sure that we are always of value to our customers and we think its the little things that count. A little advice over here, a few places to upgrade things for free over there. Business class service at residential class prices....its just what we do.

I was having a problem with my Dell computer this past Sunday so I contacted Gino from Epro. Gino originally set up my computer three years ago and transferred all my files to my new computer. He did a great job then, so when I was having problem now he was the only person I trusted to fix my computer. I brought my computer to his house Sunday afternoon. Gino informed me what the problem was and replaced my graphics card which was the problem. Gino gave a great service and very good pricing I would highly recommend Epro to anyone for all your computer needs.

Gino delivered competent and efficent service in the repair of my laptop. He was clear about the anticpated charges and delivered the repair in short time. I am so glad to have found him- I did not have to replace my laptop. Gino fixed it!
