- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I frequently meet and build with other experienced trainers with specialties in their fields in order to remain innovative and sharp. I also train side by side with them in order to stay hungry and intense in my workouts.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I always excelled in athletics. I naturally was able to help people on the fitness floor with their fitness goals by listening, planning and continuously assessing.
