I removed wall to wall carpeting on 13 stairs and landing as well as 13 foot hallway which left nails in the oak hardwood. Rafael discussed project with me and asked me what color I wanted my oak. He followed my specifications exactly and the project came out beautifully. He also added my walk-in closet which I did not know he was including in the price. He put down 5 door saddles as well for a very economical price. He came on the day we had planned and was respectful to mother and myself. He also put an oil varnish on the floor when I thought I would get water-based because he said it looks better on the wood. He did an outstanding job and has an excellent work ethic and approachable personality. Highly recommend him to anyone who needs their floors restored to their original beauty,
