I had to schedule the day before and called them at 10 pm. It was too late but they took my request and got me scheduled for 10:30 am next day. Les was very helpful with the move. He packed the stuff carefully, been careful with my new wood floors, assembled my couch upon my request. The move was smooth. Kervel and his team moved all of my stuff from the upper west side of Manhattan to our new house in Westchester. He was very accommodating (making an additional pick up stop at a family member's house) and was careful not to damage any belongings. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We first like to engage our clients by finding out their needs for our services. We asks series of questions for their moving, delivery, estate cleaning and assembly needs. We follow-up with a free consultation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We have been in the transportation industry for over 20 years. During that time, we have had extensive training with the DOT. We continue to get recertify on an annual basis.
