Introduction: I offer 1 FREE trial 30 min workout to all new clients. I am the Interactive Mobile Trainer. I come to you for personal training or meet you at Planet Fitness or Ft Lauderdale beach or can train you online. I train you in cardio kickboxing,weights,medicine ball,punching bag,core strength & over all full body workouts. My passion is changing lives with personal training. I care about my clients and want to see them get results fast & reach your goals. We can do workout session at your home, workplace or we can meet at Planet Fitness or Fort Lauderdale beach. I travel up to 5 miles from my location to you. I bring everything we need to workout. I've been a Personal Trainer for 19 years, I got certified at NYSC in Connecticut. Fitness is my WORLD ! I am also a martial artist and all around fitness enthusiast. I have trained over 200 clients in my career as a personal trainer. I create custom workout programs to meet your wants and needs for any age, whether you're young or old i have workouts to fit any one at any fitness level. I'm available for you 7 Days a week 11 am to 11 pm 365 days a year . I am open every day because fitness never takes a day off. I offer 1 FREE 30 min trial workout to all new clients MY RATES: $50 for 40 min workout session $75 for 75 min workout session $200 for Five 40 min workout sessions $275 for five 75 min workout sessions 1 FREE 30 min trial workout to all new clients . When you improve your health and body you improve your LIFE ! Life is just better when you are fit & healthy . If you need to cancel a session i need 12 hours notice or i have to charge you for session but if you want to change the time of session the same day i can do that. I am very flexible so you never pay for a workout session you did not do. I do not just tell you what to do i do it with you we do it together i am your workout buddy & not just a trainer.
