Brian Removed a dilapidated propane grill from my home. He did an outstanding job and went above and beyond the call. First off, the grill had not been used in a year and was very much decomposed inside. Upon inspecting the grill, he was met by yellowjackets who were looking to make it their summer cottage. Next; he encountered small creatures living there, enough said. He disassembled the unit, took it away and left the area spotless. I would say his price was reasonable, he is very personable and a pleasure to work with.

Brian recently remodeled our main bathroom, it was our first experience with a contractor that is not a relative so I was not sure what to expect. We are very pleased with the final product, it turned out better than I expected. The bathroom needed a lot of work, a total gut job as it’s an older home with a few plumbing problems with an uneven floor. Brian was a huge help in the initial design phase, helping guide us in the right direction in terms of materials (tile and fixtures). His estimate was on par with the job given how involved it was, he helped identify areas to cut costs appropriately, which was a huge help. From Demo to completion, he was very transparent about progress; the timing and next steps so there were no surprises. His team put plastic in the doorways, covered floors, and used fans to ensure the rest of my house was not disrupted or messy. Each day when I came home, the house was clean and it was hard to tell they were there other than the progress in the bathroom. In the end, the bathroom looks amazing; it is an incredible update for our family and will increase the value of our home for sure. My favorite part is the custom niche shelf that Brian designed for my very tall shampoo bottles. We would definitely hire him again for this or any future home.
