- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing is quoted on an hourly rate based upon the type of event, anticipated number of guests, and type(s) of drinks being served.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?A free consultation to determine everything about your event, including theme, number of guests, attire, my arrival time, and more. Most importantly, I work with you, if necessary, to design a custom drink menu. I can then advise how to stock the bar.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am TIPS (Training for Intervention ProcedureS) On-Premise Certified, and I can provide proof at any time, Certification # 4757831. I was trained at Boston Bartending School of America in Hamden, CT (2003) on bartending techniques, common drink recipes, and ServSafe Alcohol guidelines.
