I'm from the Bronx, NY and I have been dealing with issues of depression, as well as trying to move in a direction for my life. I've dealt with issues of separation from my partner, financial crunches, and still trying to achieve my future goals. It's as if I felt paralyzed, and I experienced panic attacks when trying to make decisions. Ms. West surely went above and beyond in her ability to help me address these problems. Along with being prompt and prepared, Ms. West was able to really help me confront issues within our sessions, and we even complete exercises that give me more insight into my issues. I am truly impressed by the quality of her work as I have been able to move past these feelings of paralysis, and make decisions that are truly allowing me to move forward.
