FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use the standard advertising handbook of prices for our industry. The handbook is a survey of national agencies like ourselves and it breaks-down prices according to region, client budget, and experience. We tend to closely follow the handbook's recommended prices and also propose payment arrangement for clients interested in that sort of option.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly on webinars learning about new ways we can do better to help our clients. Technology and services are constantly improving. We make sure that we are up-to-date with the latest trends and develop affiliate relationships that can improve our services.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I actually went to Uconn for physical therapy because my mother was a nurse and my father was a doctor and so naturally I asssumed that I should be involved in the medical field as well. I enjoyed art since childhood but my parents convinced me that there was no means to make a living with art. Thank God, I was placed in a room, as a freshmen, with a senior graphic design student. I found that graphic design was the perfect merger of being an artist and owning a business. Before long I gave-up my physical therapy studies.
