Did not follow through on what he said he was going to do work wise with our deck. Had to argue with him to get the job done to our satisfaction. Never mentioned that some of the work was going to be subcontracted out so other people showed up telling us what should be done but it was never mentioned to the contractor. We have a white vinyl railing on our deck and it is splattered with paint from doing careless work. There is paint on the house and on our sidewalk. Then weeks later we get a call from the contractor saying one of the subcontractors wants more money...not my problem . The job finally got done, we are happy it is finished but not happy with the work that was done. Never again !

Some customers can not be pleased no matter how hard you try. Customer was provided a price to pressure wash and sand the deck. Somehow she understood it to mean "strip" the deck. What was to be a 3-4 days turned into 3 weeks with her inherent dissatisfaction. The railings claimed to have been splattered with paint is inaccurate as before photos show.
