- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1. Woodside Wedding Productions is upfront with pricing and packages. We believe in transparency and honesty. Our prices are consistent across all platforms. 2. Save $100 on engagement photo sessions if you also book with us for wedding photography or videography. 3. 10% bundle discount for any couple that books both wedding photography and videography with us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For all of our wedding clients, our process is as simple as possible. 1. We give our clients a quote based on the information given to us by Thumbtack. (Factors include: hours of service, photo vs video coverage, and special requests). 2. The client confirms their interest in proceeding further. 3. A google form link is sent to the client to fill out. (This information includes: location, start and end time, and payment preferences) 4. The information compiled from the form is then put into a service agreement. (This agreement spells out the services that we are to provide, and what is expected from both Woodside Productions and the client). 5. Both parties sign the service agreement (Digitally) 6. Client places their deposit (20%) From there on we are booked for your date and you can cross one less thing off of your list.
