Justine was our pet-sitter for almost 10 years. We traveled quite often and needed someone to come into our home, stay overnight and provide quality care for our dog. Justine did all that and much more. Our female shar-pei was very wary of strangers. And she had very specific dietary needs. Justine managed to gain our pup's trust and fulfilled all her specialized needs. Justine was always available for us, sometimes on short notice. There was nothing she waouldn't do to keep our pup safe and happy, while staying on the schedule we requested. Our pup lived with cancer for a little over a year, before passing on. Justine did all the "dirty work" necessary during that vey difficult time. She was the only person I could imagine caring for our girl, the only person I could trust to provide the medical care needed at that time. There is no one else I'd hire to be our pet-sitter...she's the BEST!

Justine has been caring for my menagerie of pets (cats, dogs, bird, bunny, ferret, goats) for years. She's my go-to girl whenever we head out of town. She is qualified, caring and dependable. Also her rates are very reasonable. It definitely gives me peace of mind when I go away knowing Justine is there to care for my pets !

Justine has visited our dog on an almost daily basis during the school year for the last 5 years (and for as long as we have owned our dog!). Our dog is not the most cooperative when on walks-- especially when the mailman is in the neighborhood-- but Justine knows exactly how to handle him! She is extremely reliable and flexible - even on short notice. Whenever we mention her name, our dog's eyes widen and the tail wagging begins!

I have two dogs and have left them in justines care for three years now. Either in my home or hers my pets are always well cared for and treated like family. Even on super short notice Justine has always been able to meet my needs without any extra cost. The care that Justine gives my pets is hard to find!!! Five Stars !!!

Justine is fabulous. She is wonderful with my dog, doing much more than taking care of his physical needs. She has worked with him on his manners and tried to figure out his quirks. When she or Ray comes to pick him up he never looks back. He runs to see them and get into the car. There is followup to make sure he is okay. Whether he sleeps over or Justine checks on him during the day, Chip is one happy client.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do a meet and greet at no charge, they can meet me and i have an opportunity to meet them and meet there pet(s), so the pet is able to meet me before i come into the home when the owner is not there. It makes them feel more comfortable.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I am Red Cross CPR and First Aid Certified. I can also administer insulin shots.
