- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to make the process as simple as possible for folks. We want to first define what it is, exactly, that you'd like the project to accomplish. Our project is to create a brand which articulates your value proposition in a way that resonates with your goals. I take the inputs you have now and, taking into account your goals, create a custom questionnaire for you to complete which details additional information that I need. Then, from there I create new collateral. Once I do, it goes to you for review, and based on your commentary, I edit it to your specifications.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an MBA from Clark University, specializing in branding. I studied under policy experts, such as Cheri Yecke (Sec'y of Education, MN & VA), and branding experts, including Tom Murphy (consultant to Campbell's, Fidelity, and L.L. Bean executives).
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I fell into it. I started as a political consultant. Then, I realized there was a large void in personal and corporate branding. So, I filled it.
