- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I am hired by a new client The first thing I do is find someone in the building I can keep in contact with regarding the level of satisfaction of my company’s performance. It is usually an owner or a manager of the business. I contact them once a month to ask if they have any concerns or if there is anything that they feel can be better. If there are any concerns then we will fix the problem immediately.
