Amy was the best decision we made during wedding planning. I was on the fence with a coordinator since my venue provides one as well, but there was such a difference in the level of quality Amy brought vs. who we had with our venue. Amy is a rock star at project management. I think her brain must work as one big gantt chart because she figured out all the important details on timing and coordinations before our wedding and was on top of the last minute fires the weekend of. Here are some of the standout things she did: - created our detailed timeline before the wedding - checked in with all our vendors the week before to make sure everyone was on the same page - helped me get ready the day of and kept me on schedule - suggested photo ops to our photographer (who seemed gracious of Amy's expertise) - helped fix last minute issues (e.g. we didn't have enough chairs for the ceremony and the venue's coordinator never addressed the issue.) - handed out our tips the day of - made sure my husband and I were okay on drinks and food at the reception Her pricing was ridiculously affordable. All in all, worth every penny. As someone who doesn't like to pay for things I think I can do myself... and was on the fence with a DOC to begin with... Amy was the best money we spent and I'm so glad and thankful she was with us!
Lou N. “I needed to hire a digital media pro when my SM manager went on maternity leave. Erika came through as a referral, and quickly learned about our company, and the plans that were already in place. She added her own strategy too, and got to work on improving our content marketing and editorial calendar, outreach, engagement and traffic. Within a short amount of time, not only did more qualified social traffic come to the website, but our Facebook likes increased, as did the engagment. She aligned us with some local sites and bloggers who really helped amplify our message. We weren’t using Instagram that much either, but Erika insisted on using this outlet. The next step in our plan will involve having her do copywriting, articles and more outreach. We have continued to work with Erika because we didn’t want to let her go! She gets our highest recommendation - any organization would be lucky to have her take the lead on their digital marketing and PR.
CT Virtual has truly been a gift for my business! They have amazing ideas that have helped me to further my business goals in general, and they currently manage all my administrative, marketing, and website needs.
Fantastic work. Thank you for beginning to end project management. In two weeks I will have my dream.
I am extremely happy with the work that Tara of Aleweb Social Marketing is doing for me. I have known her for a long time, though we have only been working together on updating my website for the past few weeks. I can tell you that Tara gives 150%, is a phenomenal teacher (I wanted to do some of the updating myself and she trained me how to do the parts I wanted to focus on). She is one of the clearest communicators I know, with an ability to listen and understand what the client is trying to accomplish, while making suggestions of things she knows might benefit them. She is a total professional and I feel lucky to have found her - she is excellent!
We work with you to challenge the status quo and every way we have managed our associations and Chambers of Commerce during the last thirty years.
