If it were possible to give this company a negative review in the double digits it would not describe the level of incompetence and unprofessionalism by Olajuwon Harrington. He was called in to survey 3 projects in my home. 1) Remove/replace sheet rock, relocate electrical outlets, reframe door and trimming in a SMALL guest room. 2) Place a faux brick wall panel in the master bedroom 3) Repair and if necessary replace part of a patio area He then sent over a contract which required 100% materials and 50% of labor to be paid up front. In return he agreed to complete the job in 3 DAYS. SEVEN DAYS LATER he and his crew were arriving everyday around 12 - 12:30pm. I had to call him every morning asking if he was going to show up. The work was not only incomplete, but Mr. Harrington should rename his company JOKE OF ALL TRADES. His workers were in my home on more that one occasion working past 10 pm due to their inability to start work at a reasonable time and their inability to perform the work they were hired to do. Moving on to the BUTCHERS he calls tradesman, I personally observed Mr Harrington have no clue as to how to install a faux brick wall panel. He was unaware that adhesive and finishing nails with a nail gun were required. He literally used yellow deck screws on a faux brick wall panel. Mr Harringtons sheet rock, plastering and taping had to be redone. The patio area was ripped apart, although only a portion needed to be repaired. He did offer a reasonable price, but did not as I requested update the contract or include it in our email correspondence Mr. Harrington had his foreman call me to renegotiate the cost of the materials, due to what he claimed was a mistake in the quote that THEY included in the contract and was already paid for in full. Upon reviewing the work it was clear to me that the reason Mr. Harrington and his crew of BUTCHERS continued to run low on material was because they were making amateur mistakes and had to constantly start over. They clearly did not have the skill set that was required to complete the project. This explains why he tried to renegotiate the cost of the materials AFTER IT WAS CONTRACTUALLY agreed upon and paid in full. Essentially, Mr. Harrington wanted me to pay him and his crew of butchers more money to fix their mistakes. I FINALLY HAD ENOUGH after four attempts to reach Mr. Harrington. While his crew butchered my home, I notified Mr. Harrington through email correspondence, that I was terminating the project due to his breach of contract by not completing the job when it was contractually agreed to and his inability to perform the work he was hired to do. STAY AWAY ......... DO NOT HIRE
