I've had some nagging injuries that prevented me from playing the sports I love as well as get back ink shape. Not only has my golf game gotten tremendously better, but I'm back to the weight I was at in college. Jaisen is highly professional and has this ability to motivate and inspire. Best decision I made in 2015. I can't wait to achieve the new fitness goals we've set together going forward. Skip the meat head workouts with other personal trainers. Jaisen is a home run!!

My experience with Marcia has been excellent and exactly what I had been looking for in a personal trainer. Marcia is very knowledgable, professional, and always on time. In the time I have been spending with her I have lost weight, gained a better understanding of my nutrition needs, and muscle mass. Working with Marcia has been very rewarding.
The investment is worth it ; don't hesitate , just do it ! Tim is fantastic and changes up every workout so your body doesn't plateau . It's encouraging to have someone alongside you doing each excercise . Tim is no stranger to fitness ; he's a decorated athlete well beyond high school years. He IS the one you want on your weight loss journey ! No more excuses , send him a message and visit the space : private , clean and you get to choose your workout music ( how cool is that ?). I've trained in gyms with trainers before as part of the package / sign up fee , I decided Tim would be a better fit because I wanted to focus on myself for 45 minutes twice a week . Plus, I didn't want to wait for a machine or compete with gym rats who use the gym as a hangout . Tim's workouts are road friendly ( travel a great deal for work ) and I'm eager to see how well I do when I return. Overall, in one month , I'm satisfied and glad I made the commitment .
Exceptional in every single way! When I contacted the burning zone, the response was prompt. Based on my goals I was match with Ulysse, he offered the first training for free. I had worked with personal trainers before, I could tell right away he was knowledgeable. He heard me out on my goals (strength building and body balance, not weight loss) and at the end of the session he came up with a plan on how we should work out. Ulysse's positivity and attitude towards health and fitness carries over to all aspects of your life when you work out with him. He is a strong nutritionist, adjust the workouts to your body and your needs and constantly switching things up. He watches you closely and ensures you get the most out of every exercise, he knows how to push you hard but not over the edge. Ulysse has a motivating effect which is exactly what you want in a trainer. On days you don't meet, a text message reminder to make healthy choices and will encourage you to stay on track. Ulysse is truly invested in your personal success, this isn't just some one-size-fits all program. I also love that he does not believe in or push products/supplements and other garbage onto you, his method: healthy eating exercise, rest and hard work. Ulysse is energetic, motivating, an awesome person and trainer. I enthusiastically recommend him to anybody reading this who needs a fantastic personal trainer.
I am a fitness colleague of Lisa Green Derosa and hold her expertise in the highest regard. Over the past five years of working along side her, i have watched her expertly transform the body comps and attitudes of her clients from deconditioned to fit and fabulous! She is one of the few trainers who I have witnessed make real and profound difference in peoples lives all around. I cannot tell you how many trainees of other, less qualified trainers i have warched over time get absolutely no visible results whatsoever. Of course this can be extremely frustrating for the client. NOT with Lisa, tho! Lisa is an expert on lifestyle and nutrition and can bring the gym right into your home without you having to go to there if you prefer not to! A great trainer and motivator, Lisa gets 5 start from this fit pro!
Travis is by far the best trainer I've ever had (and I've had 4). He always tailored his workouts to my goals. He kicks your butt and also keeps you conscious of your eating habits/diet. Unfortunately, I moved away from the area but can't recommend him enough!
've done the p90x and insanity the doomsday experience is by the far the best workout I have ever done. Gabes knowledge of nutrition, exercises and overall understanding on how the body works is fantastic. Ive currently been working out with him since August, it is now Oct 5 and I've lost 40 lbs. Great workouts, great meal plans and a great guy and trainer to help people of all shapes and sizes reach whatever goal they are seeking!
Kalia is the first personal trainer I have had yet and so far she is setting the bar high! She's punctual, friendly, doesn't judge, and pushes you to be your best! I definitely feel stronger since having her as a trainer😊

Mike is an excellent trainer. I came to him in a great deal of pain from a back issue and he patiently worked with me to get past that and increase my fitness while not worsening my pain. He has a deep understanding of fitness and physiology and an easy going nature that makes working with him a pleasure. I've had a variety of trainers over the years and feel Mike is at the highest level of quality.
I have worked with many trainers in the past and I have to say that Liz is one of the best trainers I've ever worked with. She is very patient, pleasant and is also very knowledgeable at her job. She explains everything and makes sure you understand. She has taught me so different many exercises that work multiple muscles at the same time. I am one of those people that fluctuate with my workout and I'm not always as consistent as I should be. Liz has never made me feel bad about my inconsistencies instead she continues to encourage me. She an excellent trainer and I would recommend her to anyone (male and female included).
I have been training with Noah for approximately 5 months. He is undoubtedly one of the best trainers I have worked with for a number of reasons. First of all, I have a very busy and unpredictable schedule and he has been extremely accommodating and understanding. I have not missed a week since I began in February. He has created a plan that fits my needs and my age very nicely. He is able to get the most out of me, knowing exactly how far I can go. There is no way I would be able to do the same on my own. He is creative in his workouts, which I love because you never get bored. We work a new exercise or two into each session, which is great for the mind and the body. He is absolutely committed to getting me to my goals and knows how to create and execute a clear path toward achievement of those goals. Noah is a student of human physiology and he understands the importance of stretching, which is critical to a person my age. He has introduced me to new stretches which I am able to also do on my own. Last month, I has lower back spasms and he spent an entire hour stretching me in the right places which provided immediate relief. In short, Noah is a committed and reliable trainer who has been the perfect work out partner for me from every perspective. I would recommend him highly to anyone looking to get in better shape, and do it in a safe and appropriate manner.

Mike is a trainer with vast knowledge of how our bodies work and proper exercise form making our sessions most beneficial. My 10 yr. old son and I have sessions 2 times a week. Mike is teaching my son the proper dynamics of football focusing on player safety, speed and strength. No doubt he will be ready once August season rolls around. My son has lost inches, grown muscle, and gained stamina and flexibility with more coordination. I'm so proud of him. I have lost inches and pounds and gained energy and strength. We work hard as a team, eating better and following his direction, to achieve best results. Mike is very enthusiastic and always has a different VERY POSITIVE approach at every session.
