- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies by job type and size. Under certain circumstances (restrictions apply, call office for details) we offer payment arrangements for larger jobs such as bedbug service. We offer multi building discounts for landlords and property management groups. Discounts always available for Military and First Responders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We believe in quick, simple and easy. We go over paperwork, schedule service dates, inspect and provide service. We are happy to take as much time needed to answer any questions and address any concerns for our customers or their tenants.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our combined staff is licensed in multiple Supervisor categories. All service technicians have an Operators license and we have a licensed Nuisance Wildlife Control Operator on staff. We participate in continuing education classes every year in pest and wildlife management to maintain best practice methods in our field. We are certified in Food Safety and Urban Integrated Pest Management. Our head technician is also a certified Bedbug Specialist and received training through a nationwide company.
