Jaisen was wonderful to work with, of the fitness trainers that reached out to me he was the most communicative, organized and professional.. Jaisen payed close attention to my concerns and set me up with a female fitness coach that I'm very much looking forward to working with. He has the right temperament and addresses your goals as an indivisible. I would absolutely recommend working with Jaisen and one of his coaches!

Tim is an excellent trainer whom I highly recommend. Rather than using a "standard routine", he designs his session to focus on an individual's needs and goals ie. weight loss, strength, increased flexibility in a particular area, etc. In every session he addresses any new issues or concerns or injuries and incorporates appropriate exercises. I find him the perfect motivator - somehow he pushes me without my even realizing how he does it. He is pleasant and encouraging and at the same time convinces me to work harder. My fitness level has improved significantly while working with Tim and he has also directed me to other resources and programs to help in my efforts to improve fitness and lose weight. Again, without any hesitation I recommend Tim as a personal trainer - he is the best!!
Exceptional in every single way! When I contacted the burning zone, the response was prompt. Based on my goals I was match with Ulysse, he offered the first training for free. I had worked with personal trainers before, I could tell right away he was knowledgeable. He heard me out on my goals (strength building and body balance, not weight loss) and at the end of the session he came up with a plan on how we should work out. Ulysse's positivity and attitude towards health and fitness carries over to all aspects of your life when you work out with him. He is a strong nutritionist, adjust the workouts to your body and your needs and constantly switching things up. He watches you closely and ensures you get the most out of every exercise, he knows how to push you hard but not over the edge. Ulysse has a motivating effect which is exactly what you want in a trainer. On days you don't meet, a text message reminder to make healthy choices and will encourage you to stay on track. Ulysse is truly invested in your personal success, this isn't just some one-size-fits all program. I also love that he does not believe in or push products/supplements and other garbage onto you, his method: healthy eating exercise, rest and hard work. Ulysse is energetic, motivating, an awesome person and trainer. I enthusiastically recommend him to anybody reading this who needs a fantastic personal trainer.

Initial consult went wonderfully well, had a chance to watch her work with someone else and then we discussed my needs and I was very satified with the plan going forward. She's very personable and easy talk to and I found that to be a major plus. Will start actual personal training in a few weeks.
Portia is very good and really passionate at what she does…Me and my husband both train with her. After our initial consultation we knew that we were in very good hands. She is very knowledgeable and adds a lot of fun to all the workouts and the 60 minutes with her just fly by. She is one of the best personal trainer we have come across. She pays attention to every minute detail, listens to every concern we have, there is extra focus on centering the workouts with keeping our weaknesses w.r.t injuries or any niggles in constant check. We definitely recommend her.

Kyle is the absolute best! I can safely yet somewhat embarrassingly say that he is my best friend. He has helped me so much and is always looking for new ways to improve my workouts. It started out just want to lose 20 lbs before vacation and I lost 30! I even got more toned! After such an amazing experience with his training and himself as a person I didn't want to stop. I started training with Stefan over 6 years ago! At that time my motivation was to improve my overall health, strength, and weight loss. After a few weeks of training, I fractured my ankles and could not bear any weight. My improved fitness level allowed my to use crutches without bearing any weight on my legs. After about 1 week (while still in castes) I returned to training. Stefan, in collaboration with my health care team, developed a modified program for me. This in part allowed me to heal and recover much faster. Mentally, it gave me something else to focus on rather than my injuries. My doctors recommended that I go to physical therapy, which I did. After a couple of therapy sessions I quickly realized I was not getting the individual 1:1 attention and results that I was achieving with Stefan. Physical therapy offices tend to be over crowded and have a limited amount of equipment. I continued intensive training with Stefan and quickly recovered with full range of motion and strength in my legs. I have worked with Stefan to improve my chronic back pain and to maintain mobility. As a result, I have a decrease in discomfort due to increased spine and core strength as well as flexibility. Over the years I have maintained a vigorous training program and enjoy every minute of it. Stefan is an experienced trainer, who can modify fitness programs to meet your ever changing needs and physical challenges to achieve the best results possible! Not to mention, "Discipline" is an awesome, fully equipped, private training facility. As a health care professional, I highly recommend Stefan and Discipline!

Casey is a great personal trainer. I worked out with Casey for almost 3 years, until he moved from Chicago. Casey is a very attentive and knowledgeable professional who knows exactly what each individual needs, and he is pushing everyone to get to their goal. Tim Johnson is an excellent trainer! I started training with him one month ago and have already lost 7 pounds and 4 inches. His exercises are made to target every part of the body with very noticeable results. Workout sessions are powerful, but without the physical torture one imagines is needed to achieve a fit/toned body. Not only is Tim an excellent personal trainer, but a very kind and respectful person. He is flexible with hours, which is great if you have a busy lifestyle, and is willing to come to you for sessions.
