- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Call me, I will give you a free estimate before I come out to see you. I don't charge you if I can't fix your problem.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will ask them probing questions to find out exactly what their needs are and how i can address them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in this field for over 30 yrs. I have an A+ certificate plus numerous certificates as an ex Dell Field Engineer. I also have been HP certified to work on their systems as well.
