Introduction: I love to make people happy with food, plain and simple. I have classical french cooking training from both a private instructor and culinary school, as well as many years on my own teaching myself and experimenting. After learning so much I decided to come back to my roots and perfect cooking what I love. Pizza. It has always been my favorite food, and I hope I can make it yours too, if it isn't already :) I take my professional gourmet cooking techniques and put them to use making the most exquisite gourmet pizza, sometimes using ingredients you wouldn't normally find on a pie. I take pride in being the best cook my family and friends know and I hope I can be added to your list too.
