We provide personal training for every lifestyle -- sports conditioning, rehab, weight management, postural correction, functional training and strength and endurance training.

I am a level-1 USTA triathlon coach and cycling coach. I enjoy working with clients willing to push their own limits to realize their own physical capabilities and obtain optimal health and fitness.

    I've trained with Rob for many years. He's an outstanding trainer and a compassionate person. He's trained me when I was training for a triathlon, and during my recovery from major operations. In this sense I can speak to his skills for a client at different levels. I would recommend Rob for the elite athlete, or the person struggling to regain their strength, and everyone in the middle. He listens to his clients and designs smart and innovative workouts that will meet their individual goals. He is also very positive and encouraging, which has helped me when I've had to create new fitness goals for myself. He's fantastic!

A. I love what I do. With 22 years of professional service, I'm constantly trying to improve my work to bring the best possible product to my customers and clients.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I find it very rewarding when I can help clients attain their health and fitness goals.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. How long will it take to reach my goals? My answer is usually a realistic one. I respond by saying that timetables are usually determined by a client's committment and willingness to take care of themselves, to accept their strength and weeknesses, and follow through on their dreams to be a healthier and fit individual. Improvements are usually measured over weeks and months, and goals are usually met over months and years. I always say, "what is one year out of your life to change your life?"
