- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I will speak with you on the telephone discussing your needs and lifestyle. Then I'll tailor your sessions to help you come back to balance. I can always be reached via text. I'll follow up your first session with an email summary. We can discuss and decide together the number and frequency of sessions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have numerous training and certifications in a variety of yoga styles including restorative, yin, trauma and power. I also have a nutrition certification from NASM. Health and fitness have been a big part of my life since my teens. (Bachelor or Music in piano performance minor in english)
