Brian and Mark responded very quickly to my roof leak. They went up on my roof, told me about the damage and provided me a quote. Several hours later they were done. I will most definitely reach out to B and G in the future.May 17, 2018Verified
I needed a new water heater for one of my apartments, and Brian was the only vendor willing to come out ASAP. This guy is a rockstar and I will be using him in the future.Apr 10, 2018Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I understand most people are tight with money, I also have two young children and realize it is difficult to have to do some projects for your home. I do try to cover several ways of doing some projects some less expensive than others and have worked with my customers on some projects to make them more affordable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I prefer to meet face to face but I have had several customers that are out of town property owners who just need someone to look after their property and maintain it. I have had a few that I have never met. I try to photograph the issues so they understand the problems of the property and know I am not taking advantage of them not being onsite. I find it eases their concerns. When we do meet I try to find out what their goal is with the project, also if the property is going on the market anytime soon, these responses will help me make product choices that are in their best interest.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I qualify for Ct Operating engineer license. 3 years of technical training Building and Home Maintenance. I have a federal refrigerant EPA 608 certification as a Universal technician. I qualify for CT E2. I have been trained to work on DCS and PLC control systems. Passed the Geothermal technician test for design and troubleshooting. Have my OSHA 10 card. I have over 10 years experience working on large scale boiler systems.
