- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Every two years NASM requires 2 continuing education credits in order to maintain my certifications. Therefore I attend seminars, workshops, read articles daily and stay current with research.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?It was my love of fitness and the amazing impact it had on my life dealing with scoliosis as well as my love of helping people.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?I recently helped a client who was suffering from a recent knee injury and lower back issues to regain mobility, lose weight and get back to being able to play with his kids which he had not done in a years.
