Introduction: After becoming one of the nation's most sought-after real estate business coaches, a Fortune 100 senior manager, and an elite athlete all before the age of 30, I decided that in order to gain the life fulfillment I was looking for, I would need to help others discover greatness that lives within them and then create structured action plans that are as customized and unique as every individual I coach so that they may demonstrate a bias toward action, achieve quick wins, and ultimately reach life fulfillment in job, family, health and well being. Listen, I didn't come from a rich family, a 'lucky situation', and I wasn't the smartest kid. I simply made a living doing things people told me couldn't be done by clearly defining goals aligned to my strengths, outlining specific actions plans, surrounding myself with mentors, and taking massive action. The rest was history. I have many customers across the US and Canada whose lives have been changed forever. I can't say enough about Kris. He is AMAZING! He is by far the best Coach I have encountered with Fortune Builders. He is a big part of why I am still toughing out starting up my own business. It isn't easy and Kris just gives me that "umph" to keep going. He is inspiring, motivating, positive and goes above and beyond to helpful and resourceful!! He has helped me on numerous occasions even after we have had our coaching session. Not only has Kris been helpful to me in my growing professional life, he has been inspiring in life altogether! A lot of his lessons apply to life in general which has made me grounded as a person. I definitely look forward to the continuing of his coaching for he is surely a role model I look up to!!! I am writing to commend Kristopher Morin for his perceptive business knowledge. His inventive business workshops, and credible real estate coaching, has cultivated my career by allowing me to gain insight on the true essence of whole selling and decision making. Through his coaching, I was equipped with a collection of business level strategies and solutions, which enabled me to craft a clear vision for my future. Kris mentoring and coaching not only proposed various ways in overcoming challenges, but I was also appointed several tactics to implement and execute these action plans. Throughout the years Kris has enabled me to strengthen my network by facilitating in relationship building and has become a mentor for various collaborative projects.

I eagerly anticipate my coaching calls with Kris. I know that my time with him is valuable and never want
to waste a moment during the call, so I always prepare my agenda, basically laying out all that I have done, or have
failed to do since our last session. This is important, because no matter how badly I may have veered off the course coach Kris
recommended, I know that he will respond by turning every mis-step into a positive, using it to teach, motivate and
inspire me to refocus on my goals. Kris's version of tough love makes me feel like he gets why I did what I did, like he can
identify with me, and while being both empathetic and sympathetic to my challenges still provides me with firm direction and
correction. He listens. He understands and uses his own experience to show me that I CAN succeed.
When I get off the phone with Kris, I feel empowered and energized. It's like a euphoric feeling that boosts me to reach higher
toward my goals. I look forward to getting my regular coaching session...that is what will ensure both immediate and lasting change
for me to steer me toward the triumphs I know lay ahead. I only wish I could have more calls.
Anyone who works with Kris on this level owes it themselves to schedule regular sessions to touch base and keep on course.

The best way to live is to be true to yourself. Through an uncanny college experience, Kris has helped enable my dreams of the future, encouraging me and helping my growth as an individual, while pushing me towards my many goals. His passion for teaching tied with his professionalism, drive, and experience makes for an incredible coach that anyone could walk away with something from.
