John and his team catered our rehearsal dinner for 75 people. We wanted a casual affair, so he helped us to choose a menu that would capture the mood and also work within the space. We landed on a Mexican spread, with taco stations and a bunch of awesome apps and small plates to go with it. The food was excellent, accommodating for a bunch of dietary restrictions, and he came in under budget! We got a ton of compliments on the food that night. But more importantly, John and his team (who also worked the bar) were just a great bunch of people that kept the vibe of the party happy, and kept the whole thing moving efficiently. Afterwards, rather than simply cleaning up their stuff and taking off, they helped us pack up our car, and helped us polish the even space back to its former glory. Seriously above and beyond. Do yourself a favor and hire JG for your event.

John has worked for me on multiple occasions from large 100 person cocktail parties to 10 person formal dinners. He is an exquisite chef, who can cook any kind of food. His careful sourcing of food makes him truly exceptional. He is a joy to work with, humble, funny and great to have around. I would and do hire him over and over again.
